Just FOUND a chickie!!!

Well,my first broody in years(YAY!!)and I go out in the morning to go feed the animals,and there was a little chick with its mommie(Named Hammy)

So I took pics of the new baby and put it in the brooder in the garage('cause it's almost 95 degrees outside)

He's an Australorp,and he's not alone,there's other babies in the brooder that I set up

What a cutie!!! What an surprise!!! Did you know she was setting on eggs, or did you just find it?

I knew she was sitting on eggs,she has almost 18 eggs under her(there's 5 in the coop)and every time i would try to move her from her eggs,she would have a huge fit.
