Just found a HUGE MUSHROOM in my yard

Check out this mushroom. I JUST found it at 11:30 tonite. It is gorgeous outside. I walked up the front corner of our yard. I had seen a couple of cops blow by with their lites on. And in the dark I thought someone had chucked a diaper onto the yard. But, no it is some huge Mushroom. Don't know what type or IF you can even eat it. IT is WIDER then this pizza we just had. a WHOPPER!
Anyone have a clue to what type?

I think you know what that looks like. It is a Gluteus Maximus for sure.

In the dark it even looks more like a butt. I kicked it thinkin it was, not knowing it is a Mushroom

I would say it's probably a sheepshead, judging by the size. But I am by far an expert on dry-land fish, so I would say you should research a LOT on it
