Just getting started all help gratefully received

Hi all...I have 6 call duck ( 1 drake and 5 ducks) my drake and 2 of the ducks are approx 12 months old, the other 3 ducks are about 14 weeks old, I'm very excited as today it looks like one of my year old ducks is sitting on her eggs....any advice would be great. Many thanks xx
