we have the coop set and leveled, roof is on, and the vents are framed in. i'm getting ready to frame a man door and a couple chix doors and the nesting boxes. what is the average size of a chix door and a nesting box? i've wrote it down somewhere but can't find my pad and i don't remember which thread the info was in... 10"x13" for the door sounds right, is it? thanks for all the help we have found this board very helpful!

That sounds good for the door, though sometimes a roo gets taller than that. Probably most nests are 12" on all 3 sides. I personally would give them just a little more width.
