Just Got a New GQF Sportsman

I've got a few late hatchers that just made it out today still in the incubator that I'll take out in the morning, not sure how many are in there... When I took chicks out this morning there were 5 pipped eggs, and 3 that weren't. I think those 3 probably weren't going to do anything, but not sure if all 5 of the others hatched or not.

I'm pleased with the hatch though, between 45-50 hatched. Originally set 60, and had discarded 9 during incubation as duds or non-developing.

Total hatch of 49.

One that pipped didn't go any farther, and 3 didn't do anything.

I know I could get one, but I just don't feel like working any OT for it right now. I'm content with my Hovabator, but maybe down the road I'll get something like this. Have fun! And what a great hatch rate!!!

They are SO sweet! Can you please post pics of your turkeys when they hatch? Or do they have to go in the turkey forum?
