My hen hatched out some bittys about a month ago.If I put her back with the rooster would she have another hatch this spring?If I let her set on em.Just wondering I haven't put her with the rooster..........I don't know if this is the right place for this.It was the best place to ask this question.

Yes.
A rooster impregnates the hen with his sperm, which then remains viable for 21 days. If she's being mated again, she can set another clutch.
Will she? Dunno. Broodiness is not a guaranteed thing.

Solution? Get an incubator!

And for the record, a "biddy" more correctly refers to a young pullet. Newly hatched chickens are still called chicks. dO you live in the South?

Okay, I dont know why it matters, but I just like to get things straight.
