just got my chicks have an issue with a guinea

I just picked up my order from Ideal. I got 3 guineas just to have the experieince of raising them and see i I like them. One of these little deamons is constantly walking around the brooder grabbing the chicks toes and trying to rip them off. I mean he REALLY grabs on and shakes his head like a dog. It is bad enought I am afraid he is going to perminantly damage all of my chicks. Is this somethign I need to worry about? Is there anything I can do other than to kull him?

I'd seperate all the guineas. They don't much like chickens....except as personal doormats.
