just hatched lastnight

i am new to this a chick hatched around 6 yesterday but it is nut walking it trys to stand up but falls backwards what should i do it movs all around but its like it has no balance?thank you for any ideas.

Often times chicks are just very uncoordinated at that young age, and some of them learn how to balance and walk more slowly than others. Make sure the chick is eating, drinking and does not have "pasty butt". If she is getting all the food and water she needs, just keep an eye on her and see if her condition improves. it looks like it has spadder,what do you do for it? it feet are curled and dont look right.
