its day 19 and my chicks are starting to hatch. pip #4 came from behind to be the first one to hatch. its one of Zelda's grandchicks! should i be worried about the others that pipped a long time ago and havent done anything?

Chicks hatch at their own pace. I would only be concerned if they stop moving or cheeping. Sometimes they will pip and die and I hope yours don't. Just remember that chicks can take 24+ hours to go from pip to zip! I wish you luck and send you good hatching vibes as well as congrats on the one that has hatched !!

the one pipsqueak that hatched is knocking all the others around. is that bad? some of the pips have been knocked over now...

It has never been bad for me, it has always seemed like encouragement to me and they always seemed to hatch or pip sooner! The rolling aroung won;t hurt them as long as they can zip (never been a problem here)
