I am not that experienced with chicks with problems, but I would give it some human b complex vitamins or chick vitamins that have riboflavin (B2.) It looks to not have absorbed it’s yolk sac as well. You may want to keep it in the incubator a little longer too.

I'm sorry about your chick, the legs look swollen and the joints look inflamed with sores.

If she's not able to stand in a couple of days with vitamin therapy and eat/drink on her own, then unfortunately, I'd put the poor thing down.
