Just hatched

I have a chick that just hatched and it's shaking it's head and stumbling backwards after taking a few steps forward? What could be wrong.

Does the chick have anything stuck to it, like a piece of eggshell? It might be helpful to add in some more background information such as your incubator set-up and humidity level. I am not an expert on incubation / hatching, but hopefully some others here will be able to help you soon!

Incubation was fine no eggshell stuck to it no pasty butt it just shakes it's head and stumbles around when trying to walk. I use a large plastic tote for my brooder for when they first hatch and I've never had this problem before.
