(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes. I got them about 2 weeks before Easter at Tractor Supply Company. I also adopted 3 from my cousin. Her chickens got the boot after a neighbor complain (contractor trying to filp a neighboring house). Although I am new to chickens, I have raised pheasants and ducks in the past.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I have 11.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Red Pullets, White Pullets?-Tractor supply told me that they were "pullets".
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
A friend and just googling chicken information and coop tips.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
gardening, love documentaries. Building things, outdoors, agriculture, food
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am engaged, have two daughters, fish and a Beagle named Fox. I currently am a marketing analyst and love going home everyday to my family and chickens!
