Please forgive me my ignorance, but these sizzles are silkies? I'm not too up on these but they look lovely. Before claiming any, I just want to know what they are.I have for BIN 6+ sizzle eggs. There also may be a paint or two in there so thats why I say 6+. I have a paint hen in the sizzle pen for lack of somewhere else to put her. My hens are starting to slow down on their laying but there are 3 hens still laying and sometimes I get 4 eggs. The sizzle girls laying are partridge, silver laced grey and white (she has a few black spots on her) They are covered by a paint roo that is more white but does have a few black spots on him too. The paint silkie hen that is laying also just has a few spots on her. I would expect white chicks from her but if you get paint it's a plus. The eggs and shipping combined is $23.00. These eggs will go out in the mail on wednesday but no later than thursday. I'll start collecting for this BIN today. The first person to post "claimed" gets them. You can send payment to my paypal addy [email protected]. As soon as you post claimed plese send me a PM stating you claimed them. Below are the 3 hens laying and the other possible layers. The roo is pictured last![]()

They are mixed silkies basically. The word "Sizzle" is just what somebody came up with to describe Frizzled Silkie. They are a project that somebody started by mixing a silkie with another breed that was frizzled. The word frizzled is just a condition of the feather where the feather curls upward. I normally get any of the 3 types that result from the mixture which are all pictured. The partridge hen is one that is accepted and can be shown as a frizzled silkie. The others with the flat feathers can be shown but can't be catagorized as a silkie because their feathers aren't shredded and some of then don't have the correct combs. I keep putting mine back with a silkie roo to try to get as much of the silkie standards as I can. Please forgive me my ignorance, but these sizzles are silkies? I also use different color roos so there is a variety of colors that one can get from my sizzles. Everytime I hatch any I pick a couple to add to my sizzle pen and I change the roo to a different silkie. That way there is no inbreeding and I add another color. These eggs have been claimed but i'll be selling eggs till the girls stop laying.
