Just In Time Hatching Egg AUCTION and BIN Thread

Pics
I have a Buy It Now offer. I had sold these and the buyer cannot take them as she was in an accident on sat and I just found out yesterday.
I have 12+ (16 right now) Birchen Marans eggs ready to ship tomorrow. Original stock was greenfire. Hackle/saddle color still a work in progress along with leg feathers. In the beginning I did hatch some black coppers but have not in quite awhile. There are Blue and Black Birchen in this pen. You will hatch Blue, Black and Splash Birchens. I have produced a blue birchen that won his class at Nationals this last year and one birchen that went to the Manilla (phillipines) No guarantees with hatching eggs. These have been hatching well. No refunds or replacements.
Buy it now for $50 shipped. There will most likely be more eggs to add from today too. paypal is [email protected]
pic of the black birchen is the actual roo that was exported.

These were put in the Fridge

18 Blue and Black Copper Marans Hatching Eggs. I have a Black Copper Marans roo over Blue and Black Copper pullets/hens. About half of my pullets are showing nice copper in their hackles and should improve with the next generation. I have been getting some nice dark eggs from a few of these girls and that should improve too the next generation in these hatching eggs. You will not get all dark eggs. Egg color will vary from bird to bird and how long they have been laying. I Breed for type most of all. All have feathered legs, but as with most Marans you could get some with and without feathered legs. Again... I just didn't have room to set these eggs.

This is an example of one of my darker eggs. She is NOT in the Marans breeding pen YET, she is with 2 sisters that lay a nice dark egg too.

These are my eggs and pretty close to the color inside with a flash. NOT ALL EGGS WILL BE THIS DARK.

I couple of pullets in the breeding pen, now laying.

My breeding Roo. He has a better tail now

14 BLUE BARRED ROCK Hatching eggs. I am only offering them because I just set 180 eggs and I didn't want to set any more. I have a nice HUGE GSBR roo x Blue Barred Rock Pullets/hens. You should hatch about 50/50 blue and black 100% barred chicks and all the roos will be DOUBLE barred like BR should be. My barring in the blues has improved greatly this season and I am really excited to see these next batch of pullets make it to the breeding pen. I FINALLY have Blue Barred pullets with nice even barring all over like BR should

I don't have great pictures of the birds in the breeding pen and I don't have any of the new pullets growing out. Just to let you know all the Black BR have good barring, always have. The blue gene must be inhibiting the barring and has taken several generation now to get the blues to be barred this well.

My Roo is from Matt1616 I bought him at Newnan GA show 2012. He is still growing. My husband compares him to a turkey LOL. He really is big and SOLID too. Everyone that sees him is just amazed at his barring and his size. He is a very calm roo... seldom crows (part of the slow maturing I think ). I have never felt uneasy around him. They are not flighty. They all stand at the door when I water and don't run, I could pick them up easy.

These are some of the pullets in the breeding pen laying now and much bigger. The NEW Pullets, not yet in the breeding pen, have better barring.

This picture was taken maybe 4-5 months ago. Can you see the full grown hen under him in the back?

Here is another shot of him. That is a full grown laying HEN and she is just maybe a foot away from him. That pen is about 22-24 inches tall and he could see over the top no problem.
