Just introduced new hen to hen

The year old hen is pecking the heck out of the 6 month old. Is thus normal? Will they get along eventually? I separated them with a box with holes to see each other, the adult want to get at her.....

Sometimes you just have to let them work it out on their own. I try adding a turnip or something interesting for them to pic and eat...
