I think I might have really screwed my left back thigh up when I took the fast step.

Its bothering the heck outta me.

I finally just finished doing things so ill taje a hot bath (quick) then put the heating pad on it to see if i can help it some.

Next time you change the sheets - put a waterproof cover on the mattress. It'll make that expensive mattress last longer ... especially if you sneak in with a bowl of warm water!

I had one on there but I made the mistake of washing it and drying it.

The dryer ruined it some how.
