Personally, I would not put keets on shavings until they are at least 2 weeks old. They can and do eat the shavings. If they are not provided with the appropriate chick grit, they cannot digest the shavings and can become plugged up and die.

I did happen to get the starter chicken grit I think is what it’s called ?!
