You made me reminisce about the time when our 29 chickens and 9 ducks first met Koopa, our barn kitten. Now, they all get along great, and in fact, the kitten just adores his "girls". He even waits for me to let them out in the morning to that he can roam around the enclosure and take naps with them in the coop. Cats and chickens are actually a great mix that should happen more often!

" the three kittens are thinking " the three of us can take down that hen easily." Hen is safe but, baby chicks would be something else. Most new flock massacres are due to owners dogs/cats. Please keep an eye on them.
