WOW! This is great! Thank you all so much! This is my first time with chickens. I appreciate all your help. Hadn't even thought of the light in the morning, that's great. I'll see if I can get that going. Tonight they actually went into the coop by themselves! I didn't have to catch each one and put them in. But they all tried to cram themselves into one nesting box. So I went in (it was dark) and set them on the roost. Three stayed on the roost and three went back down, but at least their not going to sufficate Of course today it rained like crazy and there was an area of bentinite in their run. It will dry like cement so I washed their feet before they settled in. Hop that was the right thing to do. I will try to post a photo of inside the coop. It is 6 feet long by five feet wide and the roost, hmm, is about two feet up. I'm going to love this forum! Thanks again everyone!
