when the weather is nice start taking your ducklings out side to meet your hens with your supervision because hens can be hateful to new comers and those beaks hurt. Hopefully your yard is fenced in to protect your flock from predators? keep taking the ducklings outside on nice warm days and eventually your hens will accept the ducks and they should be able to share the yard with them. How old are your ducklings now?
