As you are a brand new member you may need to do a few more posts to enable this signature feature. It's an anti spam thing. There is no set amount but once it realises you are not a spammer it will allow you to add a signature.

To add a signature go into your profile and scroll down. It should say add/edit signature once it's available to you. Why not welcome some new members here in this section, your post count will soon add up.
