Hello! I’m Tess and I have 3 Isa brown hens, age 3.5. I joined this morning because I have a sick hen and need some advice from you all since we don’t have an avian vet in the area.

Glad you joined, please post your hens symptoms and if you can photos too.
Give as much detai you can, like what you feed. Housing, size of run or free range. And where you are located. All these things help us to figure out what may be wrong.
