Welcome to Backyard Chickens. My only concern is that tree is an invitation to raptors, and raccoons to scoot down and pick out whatever chickens they like.

Nice coop. My coop doesn't have a fireplace.

I found the old "cupala" in a shed and had to use it on the coop as ventilation

Nope, the run area is completely covered by welded wire fencing. Just took these pictures before that was done.
