Just Lost Two 6 week SLW babies!

I have 14 SLW chicks. 4 days ago they were all acting lethargic and not eating much with runny(but no blood) poo. No respiratory symptoms. They've had medicated starter, probiotics, scrambled eggs, electrolytes, and clean straw bedding. The other 12 have perked up quite a bit! Could this still be coccidiosis? Thanks for any insight!

Most likely is coccidiosis since chickens show signs of infection after 3 days. They usually pass away by the 4th day.
Please treat your flock with Corid NOW. They will show signs of improvement in short order.
