Just making sure it's a pullet

I'm just making sure this one is a pullet. Her comb seems to be wider and more prominent but not very pink and no waddles visible. S/he is a 4 week old EE.

Update:

Well. He turned into a cockerel! He's huge. Boarder line gigantic. Super long tail feathers and crows. He had us all tricked as a chick!
