Ok so I am trying the "dry hatching" thing this go around mainly because I think/ know my humidity was what made my last hatch fail so miserably....

Anyways my humidity is at 30 and the wells are empty. It has been staying steady since this monday. Just want to make sure thats not tooo low??

For the dry method, a 30 RH is about what you want for the first 18 days. If you can manage it with empty wells, go for it. Aim for around 30-35.

It works for me. Mine stays around 30 to 35. You plan to raise humidity for lock down? Also, keep in mind that humidity will change with seasons or it does here. I have had to add a small container of water.

Ok great!! It's been set at 30% for a while now I just hope my hygrometer is right. Hopefully it is!
