Hello everyone,
I am so excited to finally join the group; Though I have been reading your posts for years.
I raised my first brood of chickens back in 1999 when it was still wierd to have chickens in the backyard. Since then I have raised button quail, a few guinea, a few ducks and a few more button quail. I recently built a small aviary that, though simple, I I am very proud of the finished product.
I have also worked a little with injured birds. Now I am hoping to hatch dove/pidgeon if I can find eggs or a mated pair.
I live in Denton Texas and it is no surprise to my husband and children when I quickly pull off the road to look at an interesting bird. I brake for birds
