She's been drinking the electrolytes and I've been feeding her with a syringe. To day she seems to have turned for the better. She's more alert and stronger. She's moving around more and acting like herself.

UPDATE: she's eating, ventured out of the coop and foraging with the others. She's still not all herself but she's getting there. Thanks for all your help.:yiipchick
