I'm very sorry for the loss of your drake. It sounds like he was a great guy.

I have found myself in the same situation. I had to say goodbye to my drake last week and I still have his “brother”. Luckily, my other duck has bonded with my dog. He follows her around everywhere. I am getting some new little ones shipped in to hopefully be his new friends in a few weeks when they are bigger. I’m so sorry about your drake, I know how that feels all too well! I hope your duck starts to get better soon.
