JUST ORDERED CHICKS FROM CRACKLE HATCHERY

I got my first order of chicks from them last July, BO's included. I loved the hatchery and I love all of the birds. The BO's have been the friendliest of all of them. The 6 EE's I got from them all lay green/blue. And I started getting eggs at 21 weeks(brown eggs, but not sure from who), at the end of December.

Mine arrived from Cackle (aka Crackle

I believe I have been converted to a chicken person. I had done this mostly for the kids, but after opening up the shipping container and seeing the peeps, man oh man. I am so excited. I probably sound like a giddy little girl, but these little dudettes are cool!

They shipped with one extra RIR, the others were the quantity ordered. ALL are extremely rowdy. They're drinking their water like little drinkin' fools, and have already gone through a couple handfuls of starter.

I believe I would do business with Cackle again--in a heartbeat. Chicks are healthy, lively, and love my wedding band--they peck at it as soon as they get a glance of it.

Oh, and the wife is completely on board now. She's a city girl that I moved out to the country. She is sewing, quilting, canning, gardening, and now raising chickens with me! She's been converted to a country girl, I do believe!
