We just ordered our first chicks from the local farm and feed store. will find out tomorrow if they will come in next week or the week after's order. We are so excited. Got a nice variety of dual purpose birds. Barred Rock, RI Red, Araucanas, and Buff Orpintons. We're getting everything ready for the new arrivals. We've wanted to try chicken wrangling for a couple of years, but have not had the opportunity until now.
Horaay! That is always so exciting! I am sure you will love them! My friend just ordered a 'grab bag' of chicks, guineas, turkeys, ducks and/or geese...we have no idea what she is getting! We are going to split it. It will be very fun to see what we get! I LOVE BABY CHICKS!!
