Just ordered my first batch of meaties! Any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice. When I checked on my meaties last night I noticed that they have been pecking each other. I don't know what to do. The light is red and there is PLENTY of space. I took one chick out and put bandaids on it because it was bleeding and I didn't want the otthers to kill it. They are pecking right at the top of the wings. What should I do?

Ok, so the worst chick is now better. I guess the bandaids worked ok
