Just set 72 eggs in LG for the first time. Anyone wanna hatch along?

i have found with the l.g if you keep it to around 25-30 eggs or less i do great i think itis rated for 42 chicken eggs but when it is hatch time 72 eggs will have no where to hatch or walk they need room between them to push of the egg shell good luck we have had some good hatches with our lg but never did that many most we ever try is 36 an that was crowded we hatch orps so they are good size eggs.

I always had great hatches with that many. When there is enough chicks hatched I steam up my bathroom and turn on the heat lamp (we have one built into the ceiling of the bathroom for when its winter showering time.) and take them and the shells out. When I do this its like an incubator inside of an incubator. i also ahve a standing shower and and bathtub with a shower in the same bathroom for double the humidity. its like my bathroom was made for this lolol

I think its rated between 41 and 80 chicken eggs depending on the egg size. 41 for the turners and even more with hand turning.
