Very nice. Do you replace your flock annually?

I just got an incubator that holds upwards of 270 eggs.

Figure I can replace my flock of 100 layers in 1 incubation.

hello, most of my flock are from hatches i had from feb to may of this year. i do have 10 hens i bought (3 easter egg, 2 rhode islands, one black naked neck, and 4 mixed barred/black star) for eggs for the incubator......my pullets just started hatching a couple of weeks ago......i'm picking around15 eggs a day and still some other pullets that havent started laying eggs yet.....but yes i'm planning on doing replacements after a year of production.
