Hello and welcome to BYC! Someday we may get 2 ducks. We don't have a pond yet, but we've been talking about digging one out since we built this house(9yrs). It's nice to meet you.

Hi, if you want to find a staring to raise yo should look around horse barns in spring, around april/may. I found mine there, and I saw at least 3 more that I could have picked up! Maybe next year I will get Birdie a companion....

Starlings are great companions, but quite attention intensive! She wants to be with me all the time...actually ON me...and when I sit on the computer she sits on the screen and sometimes poops on it too!
