Just started my flock this year!

Hi everyone!
We now have 3 Jersey Giants, 3 Plymouth rocks, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Wyandottes, and 2 turkeys..
We're still waiting to see who's a hen and who's a roo. Still have everyone seperated by age( 2 groups, almost 3 weeks apart)

When your birds are about 8 weeks old, you can post photos at "what breed or gender is this." The good folks there will sort them out for you.

Did you get them as pullets or straight run. Roosters have their advantage and disadvantages. I love my handsome man!!! Your at the perfect place as a chicken owner. I wondered how I raised my mine before I found BYC. Great knowledge & experience and just plain fun
