My name is AlbeeFarming or just Albert.. lol I am looking into getting into raising chickens for egg production. My son was introduced to it through 4H and now we are hooked on the fabulous taste of fresh eggs. I am very intense in every hobby I go into so right now I am in full information mode. We live in Foresthill @ about 2700 feet elevation. I am just trying to find out what kind of coop would be best for us.

The type of coop you select depends on your climate, size of the flock and how you plan to manage your flock.

You can question those in your area - search or post under "where am I, where are you forum"

And you can post under the "coops" forums for suggestions - best to add the above info to get the best opines.
