Just starting with a few chics

Hi I am just starting out with a few chics to get started.
Looking for a reputal type chick farmer.
I will raise free range .I live in lousiana and I have been wanting to get started with a fairly good easy breed for eggs and meat . I live on a 3 acer lots of room to grow.
