I’ve never owned chickens before, as a kid or ever. I wanted some though, for a while now. So, a little sweet talking and a few months of work, and we’ve got six happy healthy 8 month old girls, a coop and run I couldn’t have imagined planning or building before, and entertainment out the wazoo from crazy chicken behaviors. I can’t wait to pick up that first egg. We couldn’t have done it without BYC. Thank you everyone for your knowledge, humor and willingness to guide a new chicken mama!
