Just the foot

Another 9 hatched over night and I’m so excited. One had the egg stuck around it’s head all morning so I had to take it off for him. There is another egg with just a foot poking out. Been like that for awhile now. Then leg will move here and there. Should I just take him out and take him out of the egg. I know your not supposed to help but when does it call for help? Thanks!
