Hi there to all. Last Wed. my uncle and I butchered his meat chickens. They were 12 weeks old. One of the roo's weighed 9# before he was dressed and 6.5# after. It was my first time plucking chickens. It was way easier then I thought it would be. I have to thank a BYCer here. Thank you Mr. frugal !!!!!I sent the thread to my uncle that showed in detail how to do it and he printed it out, made the cone and it went so very smooth.
