Hello everyone. I'm Steve and my wife is Annette. I had chickens a few years ago but until recently wasn't able to have them where we lived. We bought a new house with a coop already here but it's kinda small. I will be doing some upgrades this spring. The coop itself doesn't have any roosts or nesting boxes in it and the run is small. I will post pics as I complete the work. We are in Breckenridge MI.

Welcome Steve and Annette!! I have just recently joined BYC, trying to learn all I can become my little flock shows up in Mid April. There is a lot of great information here.

Yes this is a very good site. I belonged last time I had chickens but couldn't remember my old name on here. Learned a lot from here and there are a lot of great people with lots of info.
