With 300 sq. ft. total for coop and run, your going to be running on the crowded side then. For 25 chickens you need a minimum of 100 sq. ft. for the area of the coop floor and 250 sq. ft. for the area of the run floor. Again, more is better.

I Was going off the top of my head on that figure. I will actually have 120 'Square foot of coop and where I was wrong was square foot of run. That will actually be 400 square feet.
