Just wanting to stop by and say Hi

I'm new to the site and wanted to say Hi. I am very excited to have joined and to learn! I have wanted chickens since I was a little girl. Sadly where we live now it is against our ordinance to have chickens. So I am working on trying to get that changed I hope to learn and get great advice!

Oh that is just awful. Is there anyway you can change the minds of the people who won't allow chickens? I must say I live in a town and know one complains at all. I do have a large area of land and a pond so maybe that's why. I really hope your able to get them, I find that they help me to relax after a stressful day. Where are you located?
