I am new to chickens, I have a hen who has been sitting for four days. We are getting snow right now, I was not ready for this weather. It will be cold all week and then 70 this weekend. Does the hen need any extra heat? If she does hatch the chicks can they make it this late?

No, she keeps the eggs warm enough. She should be fine along with the eggs.
