These actors make these stupid comments and talk about our government being the real terrorists. I think the best idea is to send them all to live in a communist country. I would like to see how well they make out. I am sure they would realize quickly enough that we have a wonderful place to live. Yes, our country has a lot of problems. There will always be some corruption, but this does not mean everyone in the government is evil. There are always some corrupt people in any organization. Nothing is black and white. Johnny Depp has made a lot of statements about his complete shame and embarrassment for this country. Why is he here making movies then??? I wish all of these idiots would leave this country if they hate it so badly instead of grump about everything. I guess I am a little off topic, but this got me thinking about all the stupid things some actors say.

Actors are by definition not "normal." If they were, they would not need to act. They're kinda like the screwy kid from high school who took all those college classes about psychology trying to "fix" himself and now he's a shrink. He's still not "fixed" but he's still trying to fix the rest of the world. Actors are like that. And Kilmer's an actor so of course he has a few screws loose. Doesn't make him a lousy actor. In fact it may even be why he is so good. Look at Johnny Depp. Is ANYBODY screwier than he is? That's probably why he's so brilliant.

In general, I just try to enjoy the acting onscreen and ignore their personal weirdness off camera. However, there are times when an actor or actress or musician goes so far overboard that I boycott whatever they do after that. Just because they are famous doesn't give them license to do what they want with no consequences.
