Local breeder emails me and offers me all the Valley and Gambel quail eggs he has for the year for FREE....I say why not lol and he is dropping them off in the morning. All he asks is that I give him some chicks back. I will probably only keep a trio of Gambels and a trio of Valleys. But just when I thought I was done with quail....

The coturnix will be missed but I just love the look of these desert quail! He brought 17 eggs....I guess Gambels and Valley eggs look very similar....hope the chicks dont

I just sold out of my Coturnix to get ready for fall. In the fall I have school.....plus hunting.....plus trapping. I spend almost all my free time out in a treestand or running the trapline. And I didn't want to have a bunch of cages of quail to have to care for each day.
