Hello All!

I have been spying on the website for over a year now and finally decided to join! I am a newbie to the chicken world and wouldn't you know... I need lots of help

. I'll start that thread in the appropriate area though.

I live near Salisbury, NC (Salisbury, Mocksville, Mooresville, Mt. Ulla, Statesville...I only disclose this because I hope to sucker some of you locals into helping me out more). There are no pictures yet because I plan (cough... HOPE) to make a huge debut and "WOW!" you all with my novice skills once I get set up

I'll start with a thread on a topic that I'm sure has been discussed a thousand times: the brooder box. Look for me there. I'm glad to join some BYC!
