ok, i won an auction on some lovely blue wheaton americauna eggs, they hatched out the begining of july time frame. 3 hatched out....... sadly for some reason 4 others were fully developed but never hatched ....

i am HOPPING that i have at least one hen.

i "think" the one in the second picture, on the right side is a hen........

They are Ameraucanas (no such thing as Americanas) and it's a little early, but I think you have two pullets and a cockerel.

2 pullets? wow, i was thinking i had 3 roos and just really hoping that the one was a female. i know that the colloring is really differen between the wheaton's with the roos being really dark and the hens a light buff collor, its why i thought it might be possible to tell now.

will keep my fingers crossed !!
