Babies are almost 6mths, and the elders have stopped laying daily for almost 1mth now. Qe believe we have 2 roosters out of the new batch of babies, they all share a coop and the babies were hatched in the coop.....is this just a transition stage of some sort for the juveniles?

Welcome Cool.gif
It would be great to know where you are located. If South of the Equator, then low light levels will make the stop.

Hello there and welcome to BYC! :frow

As stated above, heat or the shortening of daylight hours will effect egg laying. Lots of egg-less flocks these days in the northern hemisphere. When it's too hot, birds eat less, the lower protein stops egg laying along with some possible dehydration. What ever the reason, I hope they get back to laying soon. :)
